Managing Partner
Nathan is the Managing Partner at DataDriven Equity, a real estate investment firm that focuses on multifamily development and value-added opportunities in growth markets around the US. He is also a professional communication and leadership coach who has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies for more than twenty years, training tens of thousands of people around the world. He is a former Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training and was the top salesperson in the world for multiple years.
Nathan started investing in single-family homes and moved from small to large-scale apartment buildings. He sees the scalability of large multifamily apartments as a top investment strategy for building long-term gains and significant risk-adjusted returns. He is a graduate of Hillsdale College with a degree in Austrian Economics. He is the author of Emails from Mumbai, true stories of living and working in India, with 100% of the proceeds of the book going to iSanctuary a charity for abused women in India.
